SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We carefully prepare every MOZA order to ensure it arrives beautifully and securely packaged.
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout whenever applicable. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability and whether an item is made to order.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply according to the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available tracking or delivery information
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order, provided they are:
* Unworn and unused
* In their original condition
* Returned with their original packaging and documentation
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
* Earrings for pierced ears
* Personalized or engraved pieces
* Made-to-order or customized jewellery
* Items that have been altered or resized
* Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can assist you.
Any refund will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
JEWELLERY CARE
Fine jewellery should be handled with care to preserve its beauty.
We recommend:
* Removing jewellery before swimming, exercising, showering or sleeping.
* Avoiding direct contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions and household chemicals.
* Keeping jewellery away from chlorine and salt water.
* Storing each piece separately in its MOZA pouch or jewellery box.
* Cleaning jewellery gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
* Having fine jewellery professionally inspected and cleaned when necessary.
Gemstones, pearls and other natural materials may require special care due to their individual characteristics.
SIZE GUIDE
Rings
For the most accurate ring size, we recommend having your finger professionally measured by a jeweller.
If measuring at home:
1. Wrap a thin strip of paper or measuring tape around the base of your finger.
2. Mark where the ends meet.
3. Measure the length in millimetres.
4. Compare the measurement with the appropriate international ring-size conversion chart.
For wider rings, you may find a slightly larger size more comfortable.

Bracelets
Measure your wrist comfortably using a flexible measuring tape and allow a little additional space depending on how loose you prefer your bracelet to fit.
Necklaces
Necklace length and fit may vary depending on the design. Product pages will include available measurements whenever applicable.

Customized, personalized, engraved, resized or made-to-order jewellery is generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item delivered is incorrect.
