This page is to update you about the terms and conditions that you agree if you visit/use this website or update any information about you or about your company during your visit.

YOUR ACCOUNT

As an Affiliate or a Customer, you may need your own mozajewelery account to use certain services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. Your account activation is subject to approval from compliance department  it may be based on compliance due diligence process on the documents provided by you while registering your account and later with respect to responsible sourcing of gold guidance and AML-CFT (Anti-Money Laundering and Combating Financial Terrorism).

Once your account is activated you are responsible for maintaining company’s ethics for responsible sourcing and AML-CFT policies and procedure including the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Your age should be 18 or above. any minor should be attended with guardian.

Moza Jewellery reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use Moza Jewellery Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion without any prior notice. Any commission or rewards will be communicated to you through emails or through your online account.

VALIDITY

These term and conditions shall be applicable to all the contractual relationships between the user of this website and Moza Jewellery about sale, purchase and promotion of the product listed in the website. By clicking the checkbox, you as a visitor, customer or an affiliate acknowledge that you have read, and you understand this terms condition and accept it completely. 

CUSTOMER RIGHTS

Being a customer (an individual or a Non-Individual like Corporate, Partnership firm, Government institution, and other business entity sometimes known as a client, buyer, or purchaser), you have right to get the product you order with the right purity, size and receive  on time but delivery time may vary or get delayed because of various reasons and Moza Jewellery is not liable for any such delay .

Please note:  We do not offer payment after delivery. The customer cannot cancel the purchase once payment has been done either in part or full.    

PAYMENT

  • All the available options for payment may contain additional charges which will be applicable to customer side.
  • Payment for the product purchased online should be in advance.
  • The commodity (gold ordered) price will be fixed on the day we receive the fund in our account.
  • The shipping process will initiate after the commodity price fixing once we receive the funds into our account.
  • Moza Jewellery will not be liable for any payment delay from the customer side because for whatever reasons. the company reserve the right to cancel the order because of the delay in payment without any prior notification to the customer. In the case of cancellation of the order, the customer will be updated for the same on his registered email/Mobile SMS / or through a phone call. In case we receive the fund after the cancellation of the order we will be notified to the customer and act accordingly. We may send the same or similar product based on the current gold rate applicable on the day we receive the payment if the customer agrees for it.
  • At any point of time payment made against the purchase will not be refunded. In case a refund is processed due compliance or legal requirement (if required) or due to whatever reasons, the company have the right to deduct the bank charges including the processing fee. The refund will be processed to the same card or same bank account number through the payment has been made.
  • The company may return the amount/ payment due to compliance or legal requirement (if required) after deducting the processing fee and Bank charges as applicable on the day of refund. In this case the refund will be only for the gold bar embedded/purchased if found original Moza Jewellery gold product
  • The delivery time/duration may vary because of various reasons. However, you can track delivery by using tracking number generated during your online purchase. 

DELIVERY

  • Customers and affiliates are responsible to enter the correct delivery address with pin code/postal code, Landmark and the contact details of the recipient to avoid any delay. Moza Jewellery will not be liable for any delay because of any incorrect delivery address entered due to whatever reasons.
  • Delivery charges/ Shipping cost and time may vary based on the destination country, customs charges and other taxes or processing fees may be applicable in the country of delivery which will be borne by the customer.
  • Moza Jewellery will not be responsible for any loss of shipment due to incorrect delivery address. 

PRICING

The Price means the suggested price of a product in line with the international standard price based on Local Markets and/or London Bullion Market Association (LBMA London) and LME (London Metal Exchange) price. in addition, with processing fee and other charges as applicable, please note shipping charges and taxes are not included in the product price.  The price of gold is subject to vary according to the international market price.    

With respect to frequent fluctuation in gold price we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Moza Jewellery is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you for such cancellation’s 

Please note:

Order will be initiated on the day we receive the funds into our bank accounts. Fixing of the commodity price and the shipping will be initiated only if we receive the fund into our bank account.

  • In case the price increases at the time the fund we receive, we will ship the product equivalent to the price fixing on the day of purchase; or if the customer want the same product, The customer will have to pay the difference for the increase in pricing to get the same product order.  Moza Jewellery Support team will contact for accordingly.

·  Shipping cost may vary based on the countries also Customs charges and other taxes or processing fees may be applicable in the country of delivery which will be borne by the customer 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Moza Jewellery attempts to be as accurate as possible about the description and availability of the product. We guaranty and provide a certificate about the purity and the weight of the product to be exact as mentioned in the website as provided. However, actual product may not be unavailable due to whatever reasons and we do not warrant the availability.

If you receive any product with different product specification or the security tag is removed, please do not open it and inform us immediately on the emails sales@mozajewellery.com and our representative will call you within 24 hrs.  If any of our product offered on the website does not have any description then please do not try to select or buy that and inform immediately to our support team on sales@mozajewellery.com. 

We believe the honesty in maintaining the quality helps us in building the trust and our reputation with the clients and buyers. In this regards the complete packing of the products is under strict surveillance and CCTV cameras are installed throughout the product packing line to ensure the quality and avoid any suspicious acts.

By accepting the terms and conditions the user accepts that he/she has read and understands this document completely and accept all its terms conditions. User/client/buyer is not eligible to raise any complaint against the reputation of the company as we provide an internationally accepted brand product with security measures.

All content included in or made available through any Moza Jewellery Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of Moza Jewellery or it’s relevant companies including the content suppliers and protected by United Arab Emirates(UAE) and international copyright laws as applicable. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any Moza JewelleryT Service is the exclusive property of Moza Jewellery. 

Our Products & Services

  1. Moza Jewellery or any of its branch and associates are not responsible for any unlawful use of the photos/images or use of copyright protected picture or Images or concept despite of any region or country boundary, that are uploaded by the customer for making customized designs.
  1. We inform the customer for not using any unlawful or unsocial image/design on the customized session that may hurt or disrespect someone’s feeling, rules and regulations of any country.   We hereby inform the customer about the same and by checking the terms and conditions box the customer agrees that he /she understands the copyright and unlawful use of the pictures and fully responsible of any such image or picture upload for customization. The customer/end users will be solely and completely responsible for any such image uploads for customized products and he/she will be sole responsible to face the consequences if any.
  1. Please note the price for the gold bar embedded on the our products or other bullions/investment bars available on our web store, are based on the live gold market price which varies frequently. The price you see on the website may change instantly before you make the payment and latest updated price will be displayed on the screen before you click the pay button to complete the payment.
  1. For any shipment, the customer is liable to pay relevant customs and other charges if applicable in their country. The charges may vary country wise.
  1. The gold embedded on our products or the available gold investment bars shall be Redeemed /in-cash for the gold bar based on the current gold price by open market or our own authorized Branches/Franchisee that are updated in our Website www.mozajewellery.com.
  1. Moza Jewellery and Branches/Franchises are not responsible for any delaying due to the courier/transporters or the banks or due to the customs clearance under any circumstances.
  1. Once the Payment is Processed Moza Jewellery do not entertain any kind of Cancellation, Refunding and rescheduling the delivery after dispatch. The shipping details of the products can be used as to confirm the dispatch from The Company.
  1. Moza Jewellery & Branches/Franchises are not responsible for any kind of payment delay and banking confirmation from customer side, customer will ensure that the payment process is done or not. “Processing payment/order” or the “payment/order being processed” does not mean the payment has been received, it may take some time from your bank to release the payment
  1. The Customer will receive the email confirmation for each transaction under their account for future reference.
  1. Customers can track their order through online system or delivery service provider. The tracking number will be generated at the time of product dispatch.
  1. Company reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice to the customer.

SANCTIONS AND EXPORT POLICY

You may not use any of our service if you are the subject of U.S. sanctions or of any international sanctions or any law imposed by the governments of the country where you are using our services. You must comply with all sanctions relevant to do the gold transaction and or other export and re-export restrictions that may apply to goods, software (including Moza Jewellery System), technology, and services.

LEGAL ISSUES

In case of any legal issues raised against Moza Jewellery, it will be under UAE law and jurisdiction. Any false allegations will be considered as a legal offence and will be pursued under UAE Law.   

At any point in time, we will not accept/tolerate any negative allegation on our reputation in terms of quality, processing, sale and purchase procedure including the packing and shipping. A legal action will be taken against any misleading or negative allegation that is raised against the company by an individual or a company.

DISPUTES

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Moza Jewellery Service, or to the products or services sold or distributed by Moza Jewellery or through mozajewellery.comm will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualifies. Court cases if any will under jurisdiction of UAE law and in UAE court only. 

GENERAL

Moza Jewellery reserves the right to update or alter the terms and conditions including the policy at any time by posting amended terms on this site. All previous versions shall be superseded by the current version updated/uploaded on this website.
